Until very recently we had a policy of granting a complete refund for all purchases made, no questions asked, but unfortunately, this is no longer the case, because of the latest trend to purchase downloadable e-books/resources, return them, and then continue to use them. Consequently, because of this and the digital nature of the resources we have published, TIMESAVERS for TEACHERS.com no longer directly refunds e-book purchases. Please use the available and plentiful samples to get a good idea about the content of each of the books before buying.
If there is a need, for what ever reason, to return the purchase, you will be offered in exchange a choice of another book, combination books, or other services amounting to eaqual or higher valu. No additional refund will be offered.
Moreover, if a download or use of material issue comes up, it is almost always due to a very minor technical problem related to host computer settings, outdated Adobe Reader program files, or a slow Internet connection that may interfere with a complete book file download. All of this can be easily and quickly resolved, ensuring that you get the purchased book as soon as possible.
No refunds will be provided for a CD that has already been shipped. Refunds will not be provided for the cost of the sent item and shipping.
No refund for the newsletter membership fee will be given simply because teachers on the list have already been sent the complimentary and free, downloadable books, freebies, and any additional resource discounts.
