Problems are solved with appropriate strategies, but incomplete explanations. (P,N)

MEASUREMENT comments

MATH VARIETY comments

Further practice of multiplication facts and basic computational skills is necessary in order to improve achievement in mathematics (this subject). (P)

MATH GENERAL comments

To improve academic achievement in mathematics, ___________ needs to ensure that all homework assignments are completed (and) on time. ___________ also needs to study for tests and ask questions, if and, when math concepts are not understood. (N)

___________’s study notes are often incomplete and math workbooks needs greater organization. Math materials are frequently neglected and not brought to class, which makes it difficult for ___________ to learn and participate in the math program.(N)
